Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password private. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Payees
List only genuine bills that are your responsibility. Do not list the same bill elsewhere for the same funds without saying so. Use money for the listed bill and confirm honestly what you received.
Payers
Gifts are voluntary and generally can't be recovered through Paid in Full. Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee a listing. Unless stated otherwise, gifts are personal and may not be tax deductible.
Prohibited use
Don't use the service for fraud, money laundering, harassment, or illegal activity.
